Looking for a great workout? Well, why not spin your way into shape with one of our many spinning classes. This instructor-led class is open to all levels from beginners to the advanced rider and will guide you through different workout phases (warm-up, steady, up tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, running, jumping and cool down) all done to upbeat music at your own pace.
*Classes are scheduled in six-week sessions. Eight (8) bikes are available for the six-week class session. One (1) bike is for class daily call-in reservations.
*Morning class reservations will be taken the day before first come first served on a call in reservation list.
*Evening class reservations will be taken the day of the class first come first served on a call in reservation list.
